Summer Time

OK I started this with the idea that like me many mothers run, run, run, and do for their families while not taking time to do for themselves. I have tried every diet on the market and yo-yoed back and forth. I'm 33 and don't want to see 34 with these numbers on my scale. However, I work fulltime as a Special Education Teacher, I have 2 very active children my oldest Grace is the gymanst and softball player which means 3 days a week 3 hours a day at the gym, and 2 days a week 1 hour softball when in season. Then there is Jake, my all star baseball player, and very active 6 year old that loves the outdoors. His mother on the other hand is over weight hates to be HOT and helps her sister with her 3 children on  a daily basis. See we all live next door to each other and with my convient hours I am the Taxi service for 5 children 7 days a week. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't change it. I want to care for my family and myself! I have watched some very good awesome friends reinvent themselves through exercise and feel it's my turn! These women are all my age and look GREAT better in fact than some did in High School! I am hoping to blog about my efforts and ideas to help stay on track and active!!! NOW during the summer it will be easier but let's see if I can keep it going!
